Customer Service Excellence
Used the WhatsApp platform to lodge a request and appreciated how helpful, polite and proactive Danielle was. She did everything we asked in a matter of minutes. It is the kind of service we have come to expect from the Beekman Group. My only complaint would be that the website needs some servicing, there are many glitches.
