Contract Refund

I thought this holiday contract was something to help invest for the future for me and my family. When you they say people will sale you dream they speaking about Beekman holiday group.

My problem started when myself and wife went to Kingdom resort for a visit. We mate with their sales rep and she was good a convincing however as she was explaining this holiday time share it made us want to invest and we could use it with family and friends. Now she explaining that should we pay half of the time share that day we will have the points and we can go on holiday or get family and friends to go on holiday. So we paid the R76k out of R152k needed. Now after paying the money she reiterates that we will can start using immediately. Now after a mont in May 2023 we get a call from beekman group ask about visit and signing up with them I stated it was a nice place However I ask about the points as we had some family and friends who wanted to book to go on holiday but beekman group said I could not use it as i had not paid the levymjnd you the sales rep stated we did not have to pay the levy due to us paying half the amount. The beekman rep stated she will call back after confirming with the Kingdom resort sales rep. It took some time before they called mind you in June we are paying our 1st premium. I send a follow up email to find out the out come. I call the Kingdom resort sales rep to confirm if she was called but I could not reach her.Now June comes and I am wondering what's happening as I have 9 couples that would like to book the Kingdom resort but no one is coming back to me. The 1st debit order goes off but now I am not comfortable with silence so I reversed the debit order. Now July passes and no communication with another debit order which then reversed it and then in August I finally get some communication from beekman group stating I got the points and I can use them however I should pay the outstanding amount but the delay was not my fault nor was there a person from beekman keeping me informed so I proposed a way forward to resolve the financial matter where I could book the people who wanted to go onthe holiday and I can use the money to pay off the money owed.but they refused and said no. So I asked to cancel and get may money back the 76k paid now they want to through breach of contract in my face when they delayed even though I was willing to ensure we pay it off. Now all I am asking is my money back as I am the jne who lost not beekman and they breached the contract 1st by not even willing to change the 1st two debit orders to allow me to cover and enjoy the time share holiday.

I am thinking of taking this to court if need be asthus not how you treat someone who came to want to invest in your business and you delay to resolve the problem only to turn around and slap you in the face.

All I want is my refund... as when I am gone beekman group will just get another person to take on the time share and they would have lost nothing and gained more money.

South African are struggling and people want to take your savings and treat you as though you are made of money.

Beekman group just give me back my R76k, that money is nothing to you but is everything to me as I though you were a good investment but all I got were problems..
