Cancellation of contract for Kingdom Resort

I was invited for a presentation on Saturday, 27 Feb 2021. I sent a mail on the Friday requesting cancellation of my contract and I was requested to forward a copy of my contract. I sent this and no one is coming back to me after I submitted the contract. This is still within the 10 day cancellation period. I need confirmation of cancelation and for my money to be refunded.
