Can Not Afford Timeshare Levies Anymore

I am the owner of Week 31 and 32 at Suntide Hotel Margate, fully paid, for 30 years. My yearly levies were always paid well in advance and my RCI membership is up to date.<br> <br> Lately the levies changed drastically, in such a way that I can't afford them anymore. I contacted Beekman Group to sell. They told me to contact Cape Escape and Arrow International and I reached Hendrik in Johannesburg. He is not interested in selling it. He does not want it for free.<br> <br> He suggested that I contact the Holiday Club to reclaim it from me, but they are ignoring my request and instead, now they are now bombarding me with additional levies and e-mails forcing me to pay. 30 years ago when I bought it, I was told by the Timeshare agent that these two weeks will be an investment, but now that I need help I can't get anybody to even take it for free, which means a total loss of money.<br> I can not afford this anymore and can't find anybody to transfer it to. Last year I couldn't use it as the units were under construction. They moved me to some dumpster called Formosa far from the beach and shopping centres. I left earlier. So now I want to sell, but I get no help from Beekman Group.
