I went in once to enquire and was so impressed with the manager Donovan’s service that when the time came two months later to actually purchase a new mattress I did not hesitate to return to this store. Donovan was alone and there were two other customers before me but he was unflustered, polite, knowledgeable and efficient and I walked out with my new mattress purchased and a big smile. It was delivered on time and when I called Donovan on the allotted day he tracked the delivery and could give me an accurate estimate of delivery time. Also when you ring the store and the automatic service says you will be contacted it happens in minutes! Thank you Donovan!
