Disgusting mattress still under warranty
If I could give a zero-star rating, I would. We bought a Cloud Nine mattress for my parents in 2025. As usual, my parents use an electric blanket on the bed, and my mom reported the mattress smelled like coconut and got damp with the heat. Little did we know the damage that was actually happening inside the mattress, as this mattress is not heat resistant. The mattress no longer smells like coconut but is dirty from all the dampness. It is damaging the bedding and the base. It is unacceptable. The Bed Centre's after-sales service is absolutely poor, and we would not recommend this place at all. The mattress is still under warranty and does not say anything about not using an electric blanket. The mattress is standing against the wall as they refuse to sleep on something so disgusting. The Bed Centre refuses to replace the mattress and says the mattress is dirty and filthy. This indirectly states that my parents are filthy people. This is unacceptable. My mom gave my housekeeper their old mattress of 30 years, where they raised 2 kids, and gave it away with pride, neat and clean. My housekeeper stated in a video that it was still in good condition. The Bed Centre said that the supplier, Cloud Nine, says that something like that has never happened before, and they refuse to honor the warranty. The Bed Centre is selling mattresses of poor quality and provides unacceptable after-sales service. My mom went back and forth on emails, WhatsApp, and phone calls to resolve this matter, but to no avail. I am very disappointed that a business can stoop so low as to indirectly call someone filthy.

Never use this store/buissness
DO NOT USE THIS SHOP I purchased a bed in November 2025. At the time I asked the sales consultant Callum when the bed would be available, as I had family arriving from overseas..I was promised delivery within a week, however after a week I had heard nothing and decided to call. I was then told that manufacturing was delayed and I could expect delivery a week later. I was unhappy with this and complained to management , who gave me a temporary bed to use..Although I appreciated the gesture, it was a cheap entry level bed, that was uncomfortable.. The team that delivered the item smelt of alcohol, reflecting the level of service...After the time lapse, I found myself having to call yet again and yet again told bed still not ready..Finally, almost a month later bed available...as I am a doctor and have limit time, I asked to please confirm time for delivery. I was told it would be before 12...i left the hospital to be available, so that i could receive the bed. However, it is now 2pm/14:00 and nobody can tell me when the delivery will arrive. Please never use this unprofessional, *********** store...I hope that other bed centre stores do not have the same disgraceful standards

I had an excellent experience with The Bed Centre’s delivery service and wanted to share just how impressed I was with their efficiency and professionalism. My bed was delivered by Lionel and Nolan, and they truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled with care. From the moment they arrived, they were friendly, polite, and highly organised. They worked quickly but never rushed the process, making sure my bed was handled safely and set up exactly where I wanted it. Their teamwork was seamless, and it was clear that they take pride in providing great service. What stood out most to me was their attention to detail and the respect they showed for my home. They made sure not to damage any walls or floors, and they left everything clean and tidy once they were done. It’s rare to receive this level of service, and I genuinely appreciate their effort. The Bed Centre is lucky to have such dedicated staff members, and I will definitely recommend them to others based on this experience alone.
