SIMMONS BEDS R12000.00 HEADACHE

After purchasing a Simmons bed from bed centre we have had our bed replaced free of charge three times for the reason that it keeps sagging on both sides causing my self and wife to suffer from bad back ache.I have since been told that the bed is not strong enough for me and need to get heavier duty bed , if so why was I never told that the bed is no good when I bought it , my weight has not changed. Was told that mr graham robinson from simmons would call but have not heard yet and I am sure he is going to give me same story. I would like them to replace bed at their cost and happy to upgrade and pay difference .<br> <br> This has to come to an end<br> <br> frank waynik
