Sagging Mattress from Rest Assured and The Bed Centre, Silver Lakes

On 10 August 2020 I bought an Essential 152 S/L Queens Size Mattress from The Bed Centre, Silver Lakes for R7 500, IN303122. As it turned out it was made by Rest Assured. The Mattress had a 3 year Guarantee and a 20 years Warranty. In around August of this year I contacted The Bed Centre, Silver Lakes to inform them that the Mattress was sagging and very "pap". The salesperson I spoke to was Amerencia. It turned out that I just missed the Guarantee period. I even went out to the store to talk to them and to show my invoice. They said they will contact Rest Assured.

I received an e-mail from Rest Assured to inform me that they will send their representative, one Marcel Pretorius, to come and inspect my mattress. He came and said nothing to me. The next thing I knew was that I received an e-mail from a person called Sharon ****eran at Rest Assured Midrand. She informed me that the mattress was soiled and Rest Assured declared that the Warranty is null and void.

Now I ask you, other people that has dogs , will know that they spring on the bed with their wet paws when the bed isn't made up. The dogs even does this when the bed is made up!!!! And I want to know what this has to do with the sagging of the Mattress. The mattress isn't stained, it is only dirty from the dogs. Now I would like to know from Rest Assured how a dirty mattress led to a sagging, soft mattress. Furthermore I am a single female that sleeps on that mattress alone which decrease the odds of lying the Mattress through in a couple of years.

I expect from The Bed Centre, Silver Lakes together with Rest Assured to replace my mattress. I'll even clean it for them. I would like to hear from them soon.
