I was hesitant to buy at first, looking at their Hellopeter Reviews, as they were a bit hit or miss. But I bought online during Black Friday as they had a good sale on. I bought the Sealy Crowned Jewel Xtra FIRM. After getting my order number, I didn't hear anything for 2 days, and there is no real tracking info. But I emailed Devona@thebedcenter and she responded. I did receive my bed on the third day, so that was actually really fast.

Was pleasantly surprised.
