Don't trust The Bed Centre!

I purchased a Sealy Sealy South Africa Africa Bed 3 years back and it was defective. After assessments and approval for replacement by Bravo Brands, I was asked to pay initially R7500 thereafter brought down to R3500, in order to approve the exchange. I paid this and then went bad to The Bed Centre SA (Montague Gardens) where I was told I need to pay a further admin fee of R3500. This is completely ridiculous as it is a defective mattress, through no fault of my own, and I am being asked at every step to spend money to have them fix their mistake. Between Bravo Brands and The Bed Centre SA, they should cover the costs and ensure the customer is taken care of, especially after making such a massive investment in a bed. I have asked for this matter to be escalated to Senior Management but have yet been contacted to resolve this matter.
