I bought a roof rack for my Bakkie from The Bakkie Shop. I tried to instal the rack however it did not fit. Once I had informed the Bakkie shop of this, it was hassle free and painless. They immediately asked me to courier the rack back to them, and gave me a full refund. I must say, it was really great doing business with them as they hold the old values of honesty to a high level.
