I would highly recommend the team at the Aussie handbook because of their exceptional professionalism. I had a challenging case and they showed a proactive approach and guided me through the process including all the non-standard requirements applicable for a non-resident. They encouraged me to keep going as well as to obtain higher English test scores (which I did with their help) and I managed to achieve sufficient points to lodge a Visa application.

My caseworkers made my application process smooth and efficient – it took less than 6 months from start to a direct visa grant which amazingly enough happened to be a sponsorship visa).
