I paid The Aussie Handbook in 2023 for assistance with finding employment

I paid The Aussie Handbook in 2023 for assistance with finding employment. Despite paying for the service, I did not receive the level of assistance or outcome I expected. I have since requested a refund and have experienced repeated delays in receiving a clear resolution. Communication regarding my complaint has also involved several postponed or cancelled discussions. I am disappointed with how my concerns have been handled and am still seeking a fair and satisfactory resolution.

I was ****MED!!!!!

My Experience With The Ausi Handbook – Please Be Careful I am sharing my personal experience with The Ausi Handbook because I believe prospective clients should be aware of what happened to me. In January 2024, I paid R35,000 in cash to The Ausi Handbook after being promised assistance with securing a job opportunity in Australia. Since making the payment, my case was moved from one agent to another , and I have not received the outcome or service I was expecting after paying such a substantial amount. I repeatedly followed up with the recruiter, Lameck, regarding my case. I was eventually told by him that he no longer works for the company. More recently, Lameck contacted me again regarding another job opportunity and asked me to pay an additional R6,000. I refused because my original matter had still not been resolved. I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I paid R35,000 in good faith, expecting genuine assistance with an Australian employment opportunity, but more than two years later, my matter remains unresolved. I have also been informed by a friend that they paid R6,000 in connection with an opportunity involving Lameck and had a similarly concerning experience. I cannot personally verify all the details of my friend's case, so I am sharing that only as information they have communicated to me. I am posting this review to warn others to do thorough checks, request written agreements and receipts, verify job offers independently, and be very cautious before making large cash payments. I would appreciate a clear explanation of what happened to my case and, most importantly, accountability for the R35,000 I paid in January 2024.
