Wrong Order - No refund!!!

I would not recommend anyone to buy from this store.

I placed an online order on 8 March 2023. On 10 March 2023 I received the wrong trainers. I ordered a white pair and was sent a blue pair.

I contacted the shop and was assured that I will receive the correct trainers by Monday 13 March 2023.

Monday afternoon, 13 March 2023 I received a phonecall from the shop telling me that I have ordered the wrong shoes and it was not their mistake. I forwarded all relevant proof that it was indeed their fault and was promised my refund will be back in my account by 14 March 2023.

Today is already the 21st of March and I still have not received my refund!!!

Not only have I received bad service but the salesman also don't know their product and is rude.
