The Athletes Foot You Suck
Awful, awful experience. Twice in the last month I have ordered a pair of trainers online, paid and the first time after a week of no communication I chased up the store to be told that there had been an inventory glitch and the website hadn't updated, so there was no stock to fulfill my order. They suggested a size smaller that was in stock. I measured my foot and agreed. The trainers arrived and they fit, just a bit snug. Yesterday 22 June 2026, I ordered a pair of trainers only to be called to be told that there was a glitch in the inventory again! No stock in my size. I said that they need to find something in my size as payment has been made and I am not happy. Very nice gentleman Charl called this morning to say that there is no stock in any colours that I ordered in my size, but he can send pictures of other items in my size, but I would have to pay in the difference. So no longer getting what is advertised and having to pay a premium 😕Why advertise a sale when there is no stock, or get an inventory system that works! Shocking that this seems to be the norm. I asked for my money back. Won't ever use them again!

No Communication - ***** Alert
Their fixed line does not work. Their WhatsApp is not attended to. They do not reply or update Order Status. My Order was paid for Priority Delivery but they have gone silent on me. Not worth the stress you go through with them...

Exceptional Service From Cape Town to Nigel in Less Than 24 Hours!

Do NOT buy from this shop ....They have no stock,although it says otherwise ...They contacted me, after I try to contact them , but they still have not refunded me .....poor service ....Will now open a case with my bank

Do not order from Atheletes foot! They still owe me a refund
I would strongly recommend thinking twice before ordering from Athlete’s Foot. I placed an order over 10 days ago and have had zero proper communication since. I’ve sent two emails and received no response. I eventually got hold of someone on WhatsApp, who casually mentioned that the shoes might not even be in stock. No one has officially confirmed this, and no one has processed a refund or explained what is going on. They are clearly advertising and selling stock they do not actually have, which is extremely misleading. In the meantime, I am left out of pocket with no product and no timeline for a refund. This is not just poor service, it is completely unacceptable. At the very least, you expect basic communication and transparency when something goes wrong. Avoid at all costs. I would not trust them with an online order again.

Great customer service after a mishap
The Athletes Foot had a special and I ordered the last pair of shoes in my size . When my shoes arrived two days later there was a minor mishap in that I received a odd pair of shoes . Left size 7 and right size 10 . I was afraid that the error could not be rectified due to it being the last pair. I reported it to The Athletes Foot via whatsapp message and the sent an overnight courier to collect the odd pair. Within 3 days I had the correct pair of shoes I ordered without any hazzles. I was impressed !
