Poor customer service

I did an online purchase for a Dofit Delta GPS 3 watch and I received my order, however the watch did not meet the advertised specifications and I requested to return the item. After receiving the standard automated email regarding someone contacting you soon I had to send another mail in order to get my return processed. After establishing that they could not provide me with a watch that would meet specifications they agreed to process a refund. I asked 2 days later how long refunds take and was informed 7 - 10 days. On day 10 I get an email from Payfast stating that a refund request had been received and it would take 5 - 10 business days to reflect. The standard of customer service at htis company leaves a lot to be desired.
