On Thursday the 16th i added an item to my cart which was showing there’s 1 left…..on the 17th in the morning I called and spoke to Mike who assured me that I can proceed with the purchase as the tshirt is available and if it happens to be not they will make a plan. I made the payment the later be called to be advised the item wasn’t available. I then told them Mike said a plan can be made if that tshirt happens to be not available by the time of shipping. They said they’re doing to try with the supplier and and and……only to be called on Monday to be told they failed. I specified that it’s urgent and I needed it before xmas so I needed confirmation before payment. However can someone be this *********** and careless, it was my first purchase with them and definitely the last.
