WISDOM APPLIANCE REPAIRS - TERRIBLE JOB AND NO AFTER SALE SERVICE!

Our generator had a problem in December and Wisdom came to our home and took our generator away. He quoted us repairs of R5000 and proceeded with repair- he then brought the generator on 31/12 - and on testing it at home - it wasn't working well. He told us the AVR was too small and he would come back and replace it the next week as it was Old years eve. Long story short but TWO MONTHS OF EXCUSES- and now not taking calls, and when I informed him last week it was his last chance before I posted reviews... he blocked me. His company REG on his invoice is missing a number - but have tracked him down to be WISDOM APPLIANCE REPAIRS from Germiston K*** AND NOT K***. We eventually got someone in yesterday to look at the generator and turns out Wisdom did a shocking job. Even though charging for service, oil was ancient, clutch replaced with old one, brackets broken , exhaust loose, to name but a few. Terrible workmanship! Just want others to be aware! Does "supposed" initial repair - takes the money and then promises and never returns and then blocks you!
