STAY AWAY - THE APPLIANCE DOCTOR

This is a friendly warning. This business collects your appliance that needs repairs, they bring it back and while testing it they request payment, once paid and realized the appliance is not working, they come and collect it, to never return your appliance again. They also rock up at your house at inconvenience times, to throw you off guard. I have been struggling to get my washing machine back from them since 28 February, and they either not respond or just send you message that they are not available. You cannot speak to the owner of the company and can only speak to the technicians. They keep on saying the owner is out of the country.

My next step will be to take them to the small claims court, and to warn every person on facebook.
