Con artist

**** artists, be careful. Washing machine needed to be repaired, they came very quickly to quote and told us it was an issue with pc board and the belt. R2700. Took forever to get the “parts”. Came to repair two days later but were missing a clip. Asked them to come back right away, they advised they will. Only came the next evening with said clip. Mike the guy we dealt with said the machine was fixed and that we needed to pay the invoice before he left. I advised I won’t pay a cent until I run a full cycle and that he can leave my premises and will honor payment. Halfway through the cycle the machine starts making a terrible noise and drum would not turn. We phoned him, he could not come back the same day and I had a gut feeling he had not repaired anything so I called another person. We advised Mike that we won’t be paying the invoice since the service rendered was clearly sub par, he started phoning and shouting, we blocked him. Another technician from a different company came around in the morning and discovered that not only nothing was done to the PC board because there was nothing wrong, but they had replaced the belt with an incorrect size belt and used a metal clip to tighten it to size. This could have broken the motor of the machine and the technician could not believe his eyes. Long story short stay away!
