Complaint about workmanship on a fridge

My fridge broke down on 25/11/2021. I phoned The Appliance Doctor, who came to my house to assess the problem. At first is was a blokkage and gas, which they charge over R2000. The fridge still did not work. I called again. This time they said it was the motor, cost R2800+. The fridge is still mot working and I had to throw out food as a result. Since then I phoned them every day. They are very rude, when they do answer, but mostly they just hang up. I am at wits end and can teally say that their service sucks.
