Be aware, be very aware of this appliance repair company

Steer clear of this company that claims on their seemingly professional website to guarantee their work......they DONT and to undertake their repairs onsite....they DONT. We called them to repair our microwave/convection oven that was working intermittingly and they insisted that they had to take the appliance to their workshop. Two days later after paying R3250 for the 'replacement of the motherboard', the appliance was not working again . After engaging with the so called technician Nate on (*** **** 0642) and then the apparent owner on (*** *** 0899) I have been constantly played off between the two.
