what about the poor animal

this carries on from when my daughter took their dog to Goodwood Vet on 16th March and was given a admittance letter to Animal Anti Cruelty because she couldn't afford the vet prices. so she take the dog to AACL in Epping and she had to bring the dog home again because they wanted R600 up front before admitting the animal ( R250 for the drip/R250 for a test + another R100) she said she would pay them at the end of the month when she gets her salary but no can do. Good grief again I say what about the animal where is the compassion and this is supposed to be a charitable institution. Well
