Not willing to help

<p>it has been over a week where there has been stray dogs roaming The Hill and there is one female on heat, this poor dog is getting ****d by about 5 different male dogs a day.</p> <p> </p> <p>i have been calling AAC and they keep telling me the inspectors are unable to catch the dogs. i have also been told that i need to catch the dogs and then call them but they are not willing to give me a cell number as by the time i get home from work the AAC's offices are closed! i have also tried to putting these dogs in my vechile / enclosed area but they sem vicious </p> <p> </p> <p>Please can someone assist me with this problem as the owners of these dogs clearly dont care and i cant stand to watch this poor dog being ****d everyday! </p> <p> </p> <p>I thought i was contacting AAC,clearly not as their responses are with a no care attitude!</p>
