Bad service and rude people
On Friday, the 1st of October I booked my 2 Pitbull puppies (Chino & Hennessey) in hospital with parvo. Every day since then I have been trying to see my babies (whether it is a visit or looking through a window or even a photo) but nothing. On Tuesday, the 5th of October I got a call from the vet saying that Hennessey passed away and Chino isn't doing well (he had no sympathy or even said sorry for my loss). I cried the whole of Tuesday because of the loss of my one baby. On Wednesday the 6th of October I went in to give some more food for Chino and I begged the lady can I please just see him. She said she will go and take a photo for me. When she came back and showed me the photo my heart dropped. It was not Chino!!!! I told the lady no that is Hennessey and her response to that was "oohh they probably mixed up the names"
I asked for a statement to see the treatment they gave both puppies and it shows that they never treated them on day 2 and they gave less dosages to Chino than to Hennessey which doesn't make sense since Chino was the one that was in a worse state.
I was so heartbroken over my one puppy, just to find out that it wasn't him but it was Chino. It was like a double heartbreak for me. They are so rude there and have no sympathy for the owners. And I find it very unprofessional that they couldn't even get my dogs names right. I just want to say thank you to an external company Legacy Pet Cremation for their kindness and excellent service. They assisted me with getting closure for my dog. I am disgusted and I will never go back there again!!
