Attitude adjustments

I am disgusted with the bad service from AACL Epping.

The reception is so rude and their manner of speaking with you, its like you are beneath them. The guy who lives on our yard, his cat was attacked and bitten badly by a Pitbull that lives opposite us. The cat was seriously hurt and was bleeding very bad. His back leg was broken as well. The lady at the reception was so rude and spoke with such a cheeky attitude to the old man whom is 74 yrs old. We had to wait until the dr could see us.

i understand you have to deal with alot of people on a daily basis but that gives you no right to treat people like they are below you or that they are stupid. If you cant be passionate about working with animals and ACTUALLY HELPING them then WHY are you working at the AACL!!!!

DISGUSTED!!! ADJUST YOUR ATTITUDE AND YOUR MANNER OF TALKING WITH YOUR FELLOW CUSTOMERS!!!

Big ups to the kind and patient Doctors though. Only people with compassion.
