*********** supplier and poor service delivery

We bought a couch/ sleeper of which I was told would take 14 days to be delivered. I was dealing with Cassandra Swartz who called me on Thursday 15th Feb and asked if someone would be home, I said yes and never hear a word again.

I sent a whatsapp at 15:01 on the 15th Feb to find out when the delivery would happen of which I was told it wasn't going to take place and I would be called a day in advance to make arrangements of which I assumed was the call I received that morning. 7pm on the 15th the couch/ sleeper was delivered by a guy by the name of Jacques who told me the couch was in actual fact due to be delivered on that Monday 12 Feb but they had a hectic week and it didn't happen on top of this the feet for the couch had been left behind and I was told it would be delivered on Saturday 17th Feb.

When I sent him a whatsapp to confirm he told me no, but definitely Monday 19th Feb. I am waiting to see if this will happen. I was **** to about the whole delivery, it appears no one will actually pick up the phone and apologize I must just wait patiently until they can all get their stories straight. I am disappointed and will never purchase anything from them again. Honesty is the best policy, if you make a mistake admit to it and own it. Your customers' satisfaction should always come first and they should never have to follow up with a supplier.
