Wrong color , dirty couch
Wouldn’t recommend buying furniture from them I ordered a couch its was delivered dirty and had terrible sun burn smell the color I ordered is not the same color delivered.Its a definite No from me

Much delayed delivery not acceptable
Good morning, I purchased a sleeper couch on the web portal yesterday morning where the payment and the shipping address were completed. I was promised delivery anything between 15-21 Aug, which is already a bit sluggish but acceptable, I did not receive any further communication for the remainder of the day, I just received a whatsapp now stating that delivery will only happen between Saturday 22 - Monday 24 Aug. There is absolutely no way to make telephone contact in any way. I cannot accept this!!!

Much delayed delivery not acceptable

Poor quality of product and service
I bought a bed in march 2025 in December 2025 the springs started coming out, I contacted Monique on WhatsApp, completed and submitted the warranty form, they have still not responded

Poor service, false advertising.
I bought a couch online on the 7th of December 2025, the couch was delivered on the 17th of December 2025. The couch didnt look like what I saw online when i was buying, false advertising. The quality and workmanship was very poor. The couch is so uncomfortable even for a 6 year old child. I sent them an email on the 18th of December 2025 and attached some pictures as proof of what i was complaining about. I am very disappointed as I did my due diligence and went through their reviews, return and refund policy before buying. I called them on the 19th to check if they received my email, after a few hours i got a whatsapp response saying i will get a refund after they have collected their couch but i will pay for the collection of the couch? I followed up with them to find out when they will be coming to collect their couch and they cant give me a specific date. Tell me why 4 days later this couch is still in my house? It’s literally filling up my space i cant go buy another couch because its taking up my space and inconveniencing me. Then I’m also expected to pay for collection/delivery when its their fault that they delivered something that is of poor quality and doesnt look anything like the picture on the website

Not adhering to warranty
I purchased a bed in march 2025 which states has 15 year warranty, the spring is coming out, was asked to send through the warranty claim , which I did then chatted to Monique she said in 3 days they will come fetch the mattress, I asked where am I supposed to sleep until they repair it, never got a response
