Poor service experienced from THAT COUCH PLACE

I ordered a couch @ That couch place. It took longer to arrive, past the 7 working days that is advertised. I had to do regular follow ups until I asked for the refund then my couch was delivered. Upon delivery we noticed that the corner piece was short in height that the other pieces which makes the couch weird looking when assembled together. We delivery guys saw this & asked us to contact the office which we immediately did. They then asked us to take pictures & send to them which we immediately did repeatedly, instead they ignored us & now we are stuck with faulty couches.
