Do not waste your money on them!!

Worst product ever! Worst service ever!!! DO NOT! I REPEAT DO NOT BUY COUCHES FROM THEM!! I went to That couch place to buy a couch, 1st red flag was that the prices on the internet didn't match the price on the store. Then I see a couch that I like but did not have the color I wanted. They said they will make it and deliver it to me in 7 to 14 days. 7 days pass no update I call to find out what's the progress they tell me it will be ready the following week Friday. The following week they are still quiet I call them.. The lady tells me they haven't started making the couch they are still waiting for the frame to be delivered only then will they begin. I tell the lady I would rather get my refund I've waited too long to be hearing this now. I end up talking to the manager they beg me to extend the time to the following week. Finally I give in. The following week they deliver the couch. The delivery man was so rude and angry that there was no one there to help him with the couch. Mind you we paid a huge amount for delivery. Next thing I get home. The couch is so horrible the quality is so bad. The cushion is so bad that when you seat it's like you seating on a plank. There threads hanging and not only that, when you seat the couch squeaks as if it's gonna break.

I contacted them and complained about it they asked what would I rather they do, I told them to either redo the couch or give me a refund. To this day they have never responded again. Do not waste your money on those people!
