Where is my package, Please!

I ordered online, under the impression that the company is on Cape Town South Africa. Trying to track my parcel, it only shows it is In Shipment. I emailed the company who rep**** only then that it would take 10-15 days from being In Shipment. Still no tracking system available. Highly disappointing!
