THANDIBRA are not telling the truth about their bras
Thandibra claim to be based in Cape Town and they also claim to design and manufacture their own bras. This is NOT the case. They are dropshipping from China and charging customers for inferior products. After ordering and waiting 10 days I made enquiries. They've continued to lie to me about their products being manufactured in south africa when I can clearly see from the tracking details that the products are coming from China. I have now asked for a refund but am being ignored. I have lodged a dispute with my bank who are now looking into this company for *****.

Their descriptions on their shop site are completely misleading to the point of lying. How can a bra made in China and also available on Temu and Shein, be manufactured in Cape Town? This business should not be allowed to continue advertising.
After a long delay I finally found out via the tracking number that my order was in China, and apparently I'm not allowed to now cancel my order or get a refund. Instead I must wait for delivery and then be offered a replacement at which time, at my own cost I should return the original order. What kind of service is this?????
PLEASE everyone, share the word. Don't let more people be ******** out of their hard-earned cash.
