I am Kindly putting a complaint towards Thabo January Custom Designs registered company as Sibatha Interios Pty Ltd whose offices are at 75 High Street in Makhanda Eastern Cape. Their contact number is ***, email: ***.

I paid for my order (Coffee table and TV Stand on the 17/02/2025, they confirmed reciept of my payment and promissed to deliver promissed to deliver after a week.. They have been telling me storries as to why they have not delivered to date. when i asked them to refund me as i dont trust them anymore they told me they do not do refunds but they deliver.

I am so heart broken as iwas trying to support this company only to realise they are not trustworthy. One time they told me they are coming to deliver on the day, i asked for the driver's phone number, they refused, telling me that the driver will be the one calling me. The day ended without receiving a call from the driver. Only when i woke up around 5am following day realized that i have WhatsApp missed calls of about 00;03am from the person i have been in contact with from the company, when i call back the lady told me that the driver was around East London but he did not get hold of me. i have been too lenient to this company and they have been trustworthy from day one after they recieved my money as it was even difficult for the to confirm the day of delivery.
