Zero Customer Care.
Well the Economy must be Booming? Seem the TFG Group is not interested in new customers. I app**** online for TFG Rewards Credit facility, Pre-approval was instant, SMS was received to upload documents, I choose the E-mail and WhatsApp option to complete upload. 2 WEEKS ago!!!!!!! Still receiving SMS's to upload doc's. Call Centre is null and void, no answer, so I will move on and shop next door!!!!!!!
