You guys are INHUMAN!!!!!
How on earth do you let people in the call centre work this late ???? A lady phoned me 20:38 in the evening I work in retail and let me tell you something we CLOSE at 19:00 And for what to sell me some kind of a lyk cover or a magazine for an extra amount each month ?
These people have families ,they need to travel home after work what time do they get home ? Or even when they work from home how pathetic is it expecting them to work this late most people are in bed by 20:00
Im feeling sorry for your staff ,you are definitely making them slaves. You should be ashamed off yourselves .
How is this useful? Most people are ****ed at innocent staff en giving them grieve because of these late night calls
Im mostly ****ed at the person implementing these PATHETIC AND INHUMANE HOURS !!! Is 8 hours a day not enough for you ???
