Wrong salary schedule for the 5th time

Greetings again I'm an ex employee of Tfg and i think its the 5th time for me writing and complaining about the same thing, i had requested for fuse to correct and give me my month to month salary schedule , and they sent me a Salary schedule that has an incorrect ID NUMBER , is it fair for me to be up and down at labour offices only to be turned down because of wrong documentation its almost 6 months know they never give me correct documentation , who is gonna reimburse me with the money i've been spending for travelling to département of labour , is it fair for me to not fet what I'm entitled to , i wouldnt recommand this copmany to anyone the service is so ridiculous , and i won't lie im not angry im furious and i promise if its not sorted by the end of today i will take ot further
