Wrong items
I would like to express my deep concern regarding my purchase online. I ordered a lipstick. It was the Yardley intense shine lip laquer( shade:after dark.) To my disappointment I received a tester lipstick labeled not for resale in the shade brown. The delivery not description does not match the invoiced item either. I am aware that these items can be returned or exchanged but at the expense of my time and inconvenience. The objective of online shopping is to make things convenient whilst being reliable. This purchase was completely wrong and sending a tester is disturbing to me.
I extremely disappointed with regards to this. I request that the store the item was sourced from be investigated as this is
