Wrong item delivered
I ordered an item from you guys on the 18/04/2021 scheduled to be delivered by the 26/04/2021 yet delivered on the 28/04/2021 and upon questioning when the delivery will be made when failed on the 26th no response was provided.
When delivery was made the product was found to be incorrect and upon emailing you guys you come up with ridiculous return dates for the courier to collect.
On that note you guys do not even care whether the correct item is delivered and secondly you do not care to get the item returned in a time that is quicker but whatever that suits you.
