Wrong Information Submitted to Credit Bureau

According to my records, my TFG credit limit is R4,589.00. However, the information submitted to the bureau reflects a credit limit of R23,692.00. This is incorrect and is drastically affecting my credit score.

In addition, I have noticed that they submitted the wrong card/account number to the bureau. My correct card number ends with 1196, but the one reflected at the bureau ends with 1198, which does not belong to me.

Because of these errors, it now appears as though I have used 89% of my credit, when in reality, I have not even used half of my actual limit. This misrepresentation is severely damaging my credit profile and may cause long-term consequences if not corrected immediately.

I kindly urge you to resolve this matter as a matter of urgency by updating the bureau with the correct information. Please confirm once the corrections have been made.
