Wrong Delivery

Purchased 2 T-shirts and 2 pairs of sneakers online morn of Fri 10Nov. Received a delivery with the correct order number on package. Opened box and found a frying pan inside with a different name and order number. I called immediately and CC told me a courrier will pick up the package. Mon afternoon already and the CC assistant replies the issue will be resolved by the end of the week. It is my first online purchase at TFG. Unacceptable.
