Worst service TFG forensics

Today concludes the 5th week since I reported the opening of a ********** Sterns account in my name to the TFG forensics dept. When I received the first statement in July I made immediate contact with the call centre and sunsequently sent the documents needed to \investigate"the matter though Ricardo from the department had already told me that they already frozen the account after suspecting *****. This afternoon I come home to a second statement with penalties added on to the balance from Sterns. How long must one wait before receiving some sort of feedback from TFG forensics if at all!? Does the account need to be handed over to your collection agents first before I receive some sort of customer service from this pathetic department? """
