WORST SERVICE EVER FOR SUCH A BIG COMPANY!!! TFG ONLINE
Placed an order on 14 April 2020, i received all most of my items there was one item outstanding for the past 3 weeks i have tried emailing and also calling every agent as giving me a different story. there is always no mangers on the floor and agents are not allowed to give out there surnames...which is bull**** as this is customer service...every time i call i get promised a call back which do not happen.
