Worst service ever

What a waste of my time is to say the least..... I took my cellphone in to be repaired at your uitenhage store.... On the 19th of October i received a sms stating that my phone has arrived back at the store.. The me driving all the way from Port Elizabeth to Uitenhage to get my phone just to be told it has not arrived yet... On the 20th i went back to the store driving a 2nd time still no phone.... I was then informed that the phone will arrive within the next 2 days... Today is the 30th and still no phone and no one called me after the "2 days" please sort your customer service out because its causing expenses to my pocket
