Worst service ever

I have been asking for statement to be send from january till date but it seems like no ome is willing to send me statements evn tfg complains they ignoring my request i also request them to send me a clause stating that pienaar will deduct 500 extra but they only send me just terms saying i will be handed over i was handed over evn thou i made payment arrangement on the email i found on statement they use to send me and their reply was that email is not working no compensation was made anyone who is reading this dnt consider taking an account with tfg i will be waiting for my statement and the clause
