Worst Service by TFG Forensic services

I went to an Exact store to pay my account. While I was there, I decided to renew my account card which i had misplaced. As such they blocked my card. That was the start of the worst service from their forensic team. first, they are unreachable, after several attempts we got thru to them, they were rude. It took us 2 hours. till know my card is blocked. as such I have taken the discission to pay it off by end of this coming month and never use their services again...
