Worst service

My wife bought a Cellphone through the Bash App on the 12th of December 2025. Awaiting the delivery she received a email notification that the order is delivered and complete. She requested that delivery takes place at her work address. According to the delivery notification, delivery took place after 6pm on the the 17th December. Her work closes at 5pm. The parcel has not been received as yet and it is a Christmas present. The courier company RAM cannot provide proof of delivery. She has requested a refund but Bash cannot refund because the matter is under investigation. Today is the 23rd of December 2025. No progress has been made. Your service is utterly ridiculous for such a big Company and Courier service. I am sure that with todays technology this is easily traceable.
