Worst service and service delivery.

Worst service. Why can't I return a product by dropping off at a TFG store? Or contact the courier company?! Bash online has been the worst service provider in Dec. 1st - orders are ready to be picked up by courier. Doesn't happen so your whole order gets canceled and you have to get a refund - happened to both myself and my husband's order in the past week. 2nd - I reorder the same thing within a few hours I can collect. How does that happen? Then I log a return, I get given a day they will collect, I cannot select one. I have a Dr's appointment. There is absolutely no way to get in contact with the courier company to arrange something. I call bash to find out the agent is utterly useless and finds my issue a joke? Worst services, utterly useless courier service and customer services that is an absolute joke. There needs to be some sort of way to return things WITHOUT NEEDING A COURIER. WHERE ONE CAN DROP THINGS OFF. JUST LIKE STORE PICKUPS. Not happy with TFG. Bash is not customer oriented.
