Worst online shop (tfg online) terrible experience

I bought a dress a month ago, and upon receiving the dress it was a wrong order I got a totally different dress than what I had ordered and was cheaper than what I ordered, worse of all it came without a price tag, I then started calling tfg online to arrange for collection of the wrong dress, since a month ago I keep getting emails to inform me that they are picking up the dress before five but no one ever comes and I keep calling them to report they and I get told the couriers tried getting hold of me and everytime I never get any missed calls, now I'm stuck with a dress that I don't want and has no price tag, I would never recommend any one to buy from tfg online, terrible service and their couriers are *****
