Worst Online Shopping Service Ever

I bought items on 17 December 2019, expecting delivery within 5 days, i didn't receive anything, i kept getting emails that the order was out on delivery, i called the contact center and someone always said they'll get back to me but never did. the order was then divided into 3, i got the first two parcels on the 2nd January, the 3rd parcel still hasnt arrived, today 8 Jan i receive an email stating that they've received my returned parcel, i called in again to enquire, was told the courier didn't find anyone at my house. i am so dissapointed wih TFG, i normally order online because it is convenient but i will never make that mistake again. no one owns up to the nonsense, you are just told that the system says this and that. no apology nothing
