Worst online service

I'm very disappointed in the low levels of service I have recieved from Bash Online, its not the 1st nor the 2nd time that orders are incorrectly picked, you can't order something then incorrect items gets thrown in your parcel and you have to go to a store to credit them or wait for a pick up, you guys are just wasting money on courier services, on black friday I ordered a number of items 4 of which were incorrect, the issue is that now I can't get the stuff I ordered at the price I paid for amit and I have to pay the full price, the online consultant advise that I should go to different stores to find the items and swop it around, which make life so convenient, I have complained on Bash portal but have not had a response for weeks.
